Yes! You may create an account with us through the Login Icon, simply by entering a few details on our website and access all information related to your orders.
I forgot my password, how do I reset?
To reset your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” option available on the Account/Login page. Enter the email address, and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.
Orders Information
How do I place an order with Uniqstree?
Select the products you would like to order, placing them in the cart through the ‘add to cart’ option. Once all added, click on ‘proceed to checkout’. Fill in your shipping details, payment details and complete the order.
How will I get order confirmation?
Once the order is placed you shall receive an order confirmation email to your registered email ID from contact@uniqstree.com as well as on WhatsApp Mobile Number .
Can I add more items to the existing order?
No, you may not be able to add items to existing orders. You will need to place a new order for more items you would want to order.
How do I change my shipping details after placing an order?
Kindly reach out to us on +91-8595220085 or email us at contact@uniqstree.com immediately, before the dispatch of the order, for making changes to the shipping details. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made to the shipping details.
I am facing an issue placing the order/Can I place the order through the phone?
You may call/WhatsApp us on +91-8595220085 and our dedicated team will assist you with the various options for placing the order with Uniqstree.
Do you have any offline stores?
We at Uniqstree are nurturing our 50 years family legacy in Indian Ethnic wear. We have two offline stores in Delhi/NCR under the parent company KM EMPORIUM.

Are there any shipping charges?
Free Express shipping on all orders.
Note: For now, we are shipping across India only & will soon start shipping International Orders as well.
I have placed an order today. When can I expect the delivery?
We generally dispatch orders within 24 Hours and aim to deliver your products within 5-7 working days. Deliveries are dependent upon our shipping partners & the location of the delivery. We use the best service providers to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. You can track your order under “Information - Track your Order” using Track order status link.
I need my product urgently. Do you offer fast delivery?
In case of any urgency, please do reach out to us at +91-8595220085 or contact@uniqstree.com . So, we can review the possibilities to expedite your order. An amount of Rs.300 will be charged for Urgent Delivery (2/3 days across India)
What are the delivery Timelines?
We have following delivery available to ensure fastest possible delivery of the orders.
1) Standard Delivery - Delivers orders in 4/6 days across India & Free Shipping. (Delhi/NCR -Standard Delivery in 2/3 Days)
2) Urgent Delivery - Delivers Order in 2/3 days across India, Shipping charges 300/- (Prepaid Order is Mandate)
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel the order after I have placed it?
Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship products post 24 hours of order receipt during the non-peak season.
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Please log in to your account & click on the “Request Cancellation “option against the order number you want to cancel or mail us at contact@uniqstree.com.
I have Cancelled my order. When will I get the refund?
For Prepaid order if an order is Cancelled before we ship – we will Refund the order amount in the form of instant store credit worth the order amount, with a validity of 1 Year from the date of issue.
Return & Exchange
What if I ordered the wrong size? Can I Return/Exchange it?
Please always refer to the available size chart provided for each of our products to avoid/eliminate ordering wrong sizes.
In that case, please send an Exchange Request with reasons/pictures mentioning required size on https://uniqstree.com/apps/return_prime (Link in the footer UniqStree ) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Once an Exchange Request is Approved – team will reach out for an advance pickup charges to be borne by customer (300/-) . Once paid, we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please cooperate.
Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are also done.
Once a product passes all quality tests for an exchange request, we will replace it with an article of requested size.
For any unavoidable reason if the requested size of the product is unavailable and cannot be refilled, the credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 1 Year on the UNIQSTREE website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
Conditions Under Which Exchange/Refund (Store Credits) Is Infeasible
There are certain circumstances under which Uniqstree would not accept Exchanged/Return. The following are the parameters that must be met for validating Exchange/Return/Refund. Below conditions overrides any parameter/condition that coincides with the above-mentioned policies.
Clearance SALE product cannot be Returned/Exchanged/Refunded.
Exchange/Return is allowed only once per order.
The product must be unused & should not have any stain, sweat, or body Odor on it.
No return shall be entertained if the Saree is purchased with Fall & Pico and/or additional Pre-Drape Option.
Blouses are not considered for Exchange/Return/Refund: - Once the blouse is delivered to the customer, it is considered as the final sale involving no options of return/exchange/refund, so customers are requested not to place any return or refund requests post a blouse purchase.
Product for which extensive Customization in Size & Length is requested by customer is not eligible for Exchange/Return/Refund
IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchange/Return is allowed only once per order.
Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days and since loads of couriers must be combined the reverse transit may take up to 3-15 days. Some remote locations in Kashmir or the Northeast may even take up to 21 days to return the product. We would appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
We also need an unboxing video sent on whatsapp +918595747807 along with Order# to claim a exchange/return of the product. Failing to provide which will make these requests invalid.
What if I receive a damaged product or wrong order is sent to you?
Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping - however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product,

We either exchange/replace or provide refunds (Store Credits) for size issues/damaged products & wrong orders sent.

Product Related Queries
Is the Blouse included with the Saree?
Yes, all Indo westerns Sarees comes with Blouse. We do provide unstitched Blouse fabrics with our regular Sarees.
Blouses are also sold separately and can be purchased from our Blouse collection. Saree prices are not inclusive of Blouses unless they are sold as a Set.
Are the Blouses padded?
Most of our Blouses are padded leaving a few exceptions. Please check the description under the product for all details.
Do I have to get the Fall & Pico done when I get the Saree?
Most of Our Sarees come with Fall and Pico pre-done at no extra cost. However, we are unable to provide this option for all our sarees depending upon the saree fabric.
Can my order be Customised?
We do accept size Customization & colours per feasibility. Please drop us a mail at contact@uniqstree.com or you may call/WhatsApp us on +91-8595220085 for us to assist you further.
In reference to our size chart If you fall between the Sizes, we do provide Free of Cost Size customization based on the specific measurements shared by clients for an absolute fit. If mix and match size is needed for TOP and Bottom that can also be provided
Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
The colours of the products on our website have been portrayed as accurately as possible, however, monitors and screens of electronics devices differ in their display of colour, so it may slightly vary depending on the display screen.
Payment related queries
I have paid for my order but did not receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation after through email. In case of an unfortunate event or network issue, if you did not get the confirmation , please email us on contact@uniqstree.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8595220085 .
How can I pay for my order at Uniqstree?
For Indian shipping address, we have Cash on delivery as well as Prepayment options via UPI/Credit Card/Net banking etc
Do you offer Gift wrapping?
Yes, we do offer Gift wrapping. Please put in your request for Gift wrapping at the time of order placement in the notes section. We will neatly gift wrap the product, remove the MRP tag but include the original uniqstree tag.
