When can you request Exchange/Return & Refund
1.Didn't Like the Outfit on You: No Worries incase you didnt like the Outfit on yourself, we shall be happy to exchange/return it with any other outfit of your choice or take return of the same.
2.Size Exchange: -
Please always refer to the available size chart provided for each of our products to avoid/eliminate ordering wrong sizes for yourself.
We also offer customization with respect to Size/Length/Sleeves & Necklines to leave no room for issues with fittings.
However, in case you still ordered incorrect size of the article or the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at contact@uniqstree.com or whatsapp on 8595220085 within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer in advance that is Rs 300. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pincodes. In this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Customer gets a valid store credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock, which you can use in next 3 Months on the UNIQSTREE website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
3. Quality Defect/ Damaged Product: -
Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping - however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, the same needs to informed to us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will help exchange/return the product if it passes our through audit/checks at the warehouse. For any unavoidable reason if exchange is not possible or available for the quality check passed item ,a store Credit Note would be issued against it. The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 3 Months on the UNIQSTREE website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
4. Incorrect Order Sent: -
Though multiple quality checks are run before shipping the product however due to some reason if still any incorrect order is sent out, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the delivery .We take full responsibility of exchanging it with the original ordered product with expedited timelines.
Note: Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in all the scenerios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
How can you request Exchange/Return& Refund
If your exchange/return reason matches with the above, please follow the steps to process Exchange/Return request.
- Please raise the Exchange/Return Request with reasons/pictures on Exchange/Return Request link (Link in the Footer of Uniqstree) within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Once the Exchange/Return Request is approved, we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up.
- Once Product is received at the warehouse, it further goes through inspection process & if passed exchange/return is accepted.
- Incases of Returns, Refunds will be made in the form of Store Credit note worth the order amount with a 3 Months validity, the same will be sent to the email address/whatsapp.
- For any kind of Exchange/Return an advance amount of INR 300 would need to be borne by the customer and incase of refund the same amount would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Kindly refer to below conditions, falling under which makes the Exchange/Return/Refund/Discount Credit infeasible.
