Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Express Delivery:Express delivery takes 1–3 business days.depending on location.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all Standard Deliveries.

    • Shipping Charge of 350 INR /Outfit on Express Deliveries

  • COD Availability: Available at serviceable pin codes only.

  • Tracking: Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination & customs.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs/import duties, taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Exchange/Return Policy

Uniqstree follows a Customer  Friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you before and after your purchase.
 Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.
                                                     Return Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Return request to be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Click here   to submit a request.
  • Condition: Returned Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact, Return is eligible in case you did not like the fabric, size issue or damaged or wrong items received.
  • Limit: Return is allowed only once per order. Once returned no exchange request will be allowed for the returned product.
  • Refund Mode: A store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued, in case you did not like the fabric, size issue or damaged or wrong items received. This store credit can be conveniently used to make purchase within 12 Months from the date of issue and may also be transferred or gifted to others. (350 INR/Item would be deducted from store credit as pickup charges)
  • Store credit is for single-use only. Any unused amount after redemption will not be carried forward or reissued. The same also cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with another store credit.
  • Non-returnable Items: Includes Customized products (Length Alteration)  & clearance sale items.
  • If a return pickup facility is not available at the customer's location, the customer will be required to send the product to us using their local courier service on a pre-paid basis. Incase of self ship pickup charges of 350INR shall not be deducted from store credit refund.

  • Payment: Customer has to Prepay the difference amount for higher-value exchanges
  • Non-exchangeable Items: Includes Customized products (Length Alteration) & clearance sale items
  • If an exchange pickup facility is not available at the customer's location, the customer will be required to send the product to us using their local courier service on a pre-paid basis.
  • For any unavoidable reason if exchange is not possible or available for the quality checked passed item , a store credit refund would be issued worth  the Product amount.

                                                       Refund Process:
  • Return Request: Store Credit Refund request will be allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items received, didnt like the outfit ,size issues ,damaged or incorrect order sent.
  • Quality Defect/ Damaged Product: - Our quality is checked thoroughly before Shipping - however in an unfortunate event you find any “defect” or “damage” in our product, the same needs to informed to us within 24 hours of the delivery on contact@uniqstree.com or whstaspp us at +918595220085 . We will help exchange/return the product.
  •  Incorrect Order Sent: - Though multiple quality checks are run before shipping the product however due to some reason if still any incorrect order is sent out, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the delivery on contact@uniqstree.com or whstaspp us at +918595220085 .We take full responsibility of exchanging it with the original ordered product with expedited timelines.  
  • Conditions:Customers are required to provide an opening video of the package within 24 hours from delivery of the order , as proof on email ID contact@uniqstree.com or whatsapp us at +918595220085. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify any damage or defects before approval.
  • Refund Timeline: Store credit refund Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of successful completion of quality checks at the warehouse in Delhi/NCR.
  • Deductions:Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 days and since loads of couriers must be combined the reverse transit may take up to 3-15 days. Some remote locations in Kashmir or the Northeast may even take up to 21 days to return the product. We would appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.



Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship products post 24 hours of order receipt during the non-peak season. 

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Please log in to your account & click on the “Request Cancellation “option against the order number you want to cancel or mail us at contact@uniqstree.com.

For Prepaid order if an  an order is Cancelled before we ship – we can Refund in the form of instant storecredit worth the order amount.

Uniqstree reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to order cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information,or problems identified by our credit or fraud avoidance department.

We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the order. For prepaid orders the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit, worth the order amount with a validity of 1 Year from the date of issue

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Uniqstree  and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
